  • Inspiration
To say that I am a Foodie would be banal. "Food Obsessed" would be a better word.I love dreaming, reading, watching, tasting, cooking, traveling and every "ing" in between about food. I love experimenting with Cuisines around the world and "Morrocan" is one of my favorites. I am fascinated with their cooking methods using the Dry heat of charcoal ovens and the Tagine pots which use the moisture in the food, cooked over slow heat to develop the most complex and amazing flavour... Come savour the desserts offering around my table...
  • What we will be doing?
A casual and lazy evening interspersed with experiences , stories, flavours and music from the african desserts... Guests will be welcomed with a drink - a choice between Moroccan tea or Watermelon punch for the Tee-Teetotalers or a beer or wine for the rest .. You could wander around getting introduced to others or learn the techniques of making the BatBout or hand around the barbecue grills while enjoying your drinks and starters.. Dinner is a casual affair and will be served buffet style with the main Tagines and plenty of side dishes to sample and savour from ... a time to appreciate the food and the conversations, to gather around , exchanging your dessert stories ...
