I am a foodie ,a passionate cook,a teacher by profession born and brought up in the city of joy, Kolkata. Honkong is certainly a city for food lovers,specially for meat lovers.I had been on a trip to Hongkong last year and was totally mesmerized by the beauty of the city and its diverse food culture.I will love to host a meal consisting of some of the favorite dishes from the city and share some of the delightful experiences of my trip.

Pineapple Chicken

A delectable preparation of chicken made with soy, honey and pineapple! This sticky dish will send your taste buds in a tingle with some hot, sour and sweet medley of flavours!

Minced Pork with Beans

 Fatty pork minced and tossed with soy, ginger, garlic and some XO sauce. Served over stir fried cruncy beans, yin and yang truly reflects in this dish!

Pork Dimsums

By my opinion, dimsums are best made with fatty pork. Freshly steamed dimsums with the pork fat dripping out of it, when you bite in.. oh I can't write about it this more!

Main

Mixed seafood fried rice

Straight from the streets, rice stir fried with some soy and fish sauce. Tosse with some hot chilli bean sauce and delectable cuts of fish and shrimps, this is one tummy filler of a dish!

Vegetable Yellow Curry

This dish traces it origin back to Thailand. Vegetables simmered in galangal, lemon grass and garlic; this dish tastes as beautiful as it looks!

Chicken Hot Pot

Chicken cooked with veggies, flavouring sauces and aromatics all in one single pot! Smell heavenly, looks mesmerising and tastes totally divine!

Dessert

Mango Sago 

Mango Sago made with mangoes, tapioca pearls, and milk. Sweet, tangy and creamy, it's a summer dessert you'd want all year long!
