Rose lemon sherbet
-A pretty pink coloured refreshing drink to start off the evening on a fresh sweet note
-Pitted dates filled with an almond for that luxurious nutty bite
Lamb and chana dal slow cooked and pound into a mash and mixed with a few more items and formed into little discs, shallow fried to make a meaty, yummy, intense bite!
-The well loved snack of India only but during Ramadan these are filled with lamb mince meat that makes it so irresistible
-A slow cooked and rich dish made with Lamb meat and lentils and lots of love in the form of ghee to bring out all the wonderful flavours of the humble ingredients. It is as amazing as it is time consuming.
-Haleem is served with a platter of condiments which help in enhancing the experience
