  • Inspiration
Cooking is in my blood, passed on from generation to generation I never knew I enjoyed cooking so much even though I was in the F&B Service industry. I love feeding people and thus the idea of Firdy’s meals was developed.
  • What we will be doing?
Am sure very few people have had the chance to experience the kind of food served at Parsi celebrations like weddings or Navjote ceremonies. At Firdy’s one can experience the way we serve food to guests who come to attend a wedding or a Navjote ceremony where each item is served on a banana leaf in a sequence.
  • What is included

Come and be treated like royalty like you would in a wedding ceremony and have a grand feast.

    Raspberry Soda

A fruity carbonated beverage with just the right amount of sweetness.

Sarya,  Lagan nu Achaar & Rotli

Lagan Nu Achaar, also called Wedding Pickle, is a traditional Persian recipe for dry fruitpickle: a chutney recipe prepared with a base of apricots and dates.

A spicy scrambled egg dish eaten in Parsi cuisine of India. Akuri is cooked until almost runny; the eggs are never overcooked.

    Sali Chicken

    Masala Dal (Dhansak Dal)

A quintessential Parsi recipe which is cooked on special occasions and festivals.

    Dessert

    Lagan nu Custard
