  • Inspiration
    Food is my passion and I love to re-create my grandmother's traditional recipes and share it with the world outside! Come join me as I take you through an authentic journey through my Parsi food OpenOut!
  • What we will be doing?
    I am cooking all of my favorite recipes which was taught to me by grandmother. Most of these recipes are forgotten today or not made due to the complex nature of the cooking. While you should definitely be here for the food, you should also come here to step into a new culture and see how it is.

    Parsi cuisine is an eclectic mix of hot and sweet, nice and spice.

    Basil Lemon Grass Flavoured Lemonade

    Fresh basil, lemongrass and lime plucked from my garden blended and made into a flavourfull and refresdhing mocktail.

     

    Appetizers

    Patrani Machli

    Fish topped with green chutney, wrapped in Banana leaf and steamed.

    Parsi Chicken Cutlet

    One of the many Parsi specials. Made with chicken mince, potatoes with few spices and bread slices presented with veggie sides.

     

    Main Course

    Salli Gosht with Soft Kulchas

    Salli Boti a famous parsi gravy served in weddings. It is an onion tomato based gravy with apricot and topped with fried potato sticks called Salli. This amazing gravy is mopped up with soft home made kulchas that melt in the gravy.

     

    Chicken Dhansak

    It's a dish originating from Parsi and Zorasthian community. Chicken is cooked with lentils and vegetables with freshly pounded spices.

     

    Jeera Rice

    A simple yet flavourful rice made with rice and jeera. Perfect combination for the chicken dhansak.

     

    Dessert

    Lagan Nu Custard

    A traditional Parsi dessert prepared during weddings with some special ingredients. It is a rich Custard with flavours of Nutmeg and Cardamom dessert.

     

    Come join me and other to taste and enjoy bonafide Parsi food at my place.
