I n Sameera hail from Harnai,a fishing village in Ratnagiri dist. We both are cousins,have grown up having very tasty traditional kokni food cooked by our mothers, grandmothers and aunts. Cooking is my passion and sharing gives me absolute joy. Being a kokni muslim,kokni food is my forte but over the years have developed a passion for cuisine from all over the world, Once you have my food you will know. According to me "laughter is brightest in the place where food is". While Sameera is passionate about photography/happy to host a community of passionate foodies with her experimental cooking techniques and she loves to travel.

You will be introduced to our food and culture. All the hard core non veg foodies will relish our cooking. Guests will get to have amazing Mighlai Kokni food which is cooked in a very creative way and will crave to have more.

Chicken is marinated overnight with spices and grilled in an oven, garnished with cheese and served.

Biriyani is considered as the pride of Mughlai cuisine. As the name suggests this dish is made with boneless chicken marinated with yogurt and spices, then cooked in the oven for making delicious homemade Tikka and finally mixed with gravy and rice.

Sukha Mutton Served with Naan                                                                                   

Sukha mutton is a mouth watering authentic maharashtrian recipe. Served suring festivals. Mutton is slow cooked along with fresh home made masalas so that the taste is amplified when the mutton is cooking in its own juices. It is served with naan.

Shahi Tukda

A typical dessert in the Mughlai cuisine. Bread fried in ghee n served with rabri. Perfect dessert to savour after food.
