    My name is Shilpa Gupta, I have been a food consultant for 20 years now. I have always have had a avidity towards Cooking and i made Food my career. I am a specialist in vegetarian international cuisines.
  • What we will be doing?
    Come here for beautifully presented bona fide home made Burmese food in Mumbai. Authentic Burmese food is vibrant, delicious, fresh and fun. It is also colourful, spicy and uses an amazing array of spices, both fresh and dried. Many ingredients are used everywhere, such as tomatoes, limes, red onion, bok choy, peppers and some specialty ingredients.

    This Asian-style noodle soup has all the makings of a one-pot meal, with dab of chile-garlic sauce to add a punch of heat. 

    Burmese Tomato Salad Thote 

    Noodles combined with diced tomatoes, crisp vegetables for a colorful salad.

    Khowsuey 

    Its a noodle dish with a delicately spiced coconut milk sauce and is served up with an array of different contrasting condiments/toppings that takes this dish to the next level and give it a burst of amazing flavor.
